Based in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, Jens Ingvarsson is a fashion photographer who recently moved to New York City after several years of travelling and living in some of the world’s most culturally diverse and exotic countries. His fresh and well-distinguished style is both sincere and ironic; his photographs are simple and raw, yet witty and provocative. A major in psychology, he’s known for creating and maintaining a good vibe and establishing a positive connection with his models during a photo session.
A creative use of both available and studio light along with an element of improvisation is what defines his photography technique. Jens knows the fashion industry from various angles. He created and managed one of today’s most successful modelling agencies in the developing markets of South-East Asia. Great communication skills and outstanding business ethics are the result of this experience.
