{hope you've had a lovely weekend}
. . . so lovely to see you again -- how was your weekend? ours was spent mostly in a cosy tangle on the sofa, amongst lace curtains and leopard print cushions, and there were films and chocolate and cheesecake, leisurely walks in the last of the fallen leaves and mornings in sunlight, and, for a change from the usual french fare, a traditional sunday dinner, roast and rosemary new potatoes, brussels sprouts, carrots and yorkshire pudding, and at the end of it all, a little time to breath in the last days of autumn . . .
