Do you see a piece you absolutely need to have?  You do!  That's what we thought...we do too!  These beautiful silk loungewear pieces are by NYC-based brand Brulee and are now available at Faire Frou Frou.   
Brulee is a loungewear collection comprised of luxurious and comfortable pieces that are sexy, versatile and that travel brilliantly. Each piece is handcrafted in New York City from the finest silk, cotton and jersey materials and features delicate details and intricate workmanship using hand cast gold and crystal hardware.
Brulee designer Kristian Giambi has designed a collection that is classic, uncomplicated (in a good way) and elegant.  Most of the pieces are made from stretch silk with silk chiffon detailing.  Some items have pretty little black jewel buttons for a subtle touch of glam.
We are very pleased with each piece we brought into our boutique, and especially love the flattering fit of the Vamp Robe...so beautiful!  Also, the Vamp Teddy is making quite a statement on the mannequin in our front window...the eye-catching black & ivory chevron pattern is doing a great job luring customers into our store!

Ari Dein: The New Name in Luxury Lingerie

Faire Frou Frou is pleased to add yet another amazing luxury lingerie brand to its selection, with the latest being ARI DEIN, the new name in luxury intimates. We first reported on the brand a few months ago, and now the debut collection is available for purchase at our boutique.
ARI DEIN features mainly loungewear pieces that are handmade in Manhattan's Garment District. Each piece has beautiful detailing, is made from 100% silk (no synthetics here!) and accented with the signature tiny gold lion-faced buttons (after all, the name Ari means 'lion').
The pieces we have introduced to our store are from the Boutique Hotel collection, which includes pieces inspired by the glamour and decadence of New York's Waldorf Astoria Hotel (where her family once owned a lavish fur business during the early-to-mid 1900's). There definitely is a sense of nostalgia and hints of a bygone era in ARI DEIN's vintage-inspired designs.

mulmul Cotton Loungewear

Here's a relaxing, beautiful way to send you off into the weekend...mulmul loungewear. Inspired by a desire to create sleepwear that crossed over to loungewear, designer Puja Chodha developed a romantic collection that is both relaxed and elegant. mulmul is named after a fine cotton muslin from India, and naturally that is what each of the pieces are made from.
The debut Spring/Summer 2010 collection is called "Waking Dream" which more or less means you can wear the clothes you dream in while you are out & about in your everyday life. Sounds like a lovely concept!
