As you may have heard, famed pin-up model Bettie Page died Thursday night due to complications from a heart-attack. Bettie Page was a 1950s pin-up model and actress best known for appearing in men's magazines and bondage flicks. She was known for her girl-next-door looks, curvy figure and her signature black-banged hairstyle.
As a mini tribute to Page, we are posting some of her lingerie photos (the tame ones!).
For those of you wishing to create your own Bettie Page photos, all you need is the hairdo, stockings and a garter belt, a plunge bra and high-waist panties. Some brands that do a great job with retro-inspired lingerie are The Lake & Stars and Fifi Chachnil.

Recently came across this unusual and unusually beautiful arrangement of baby flowering kale {above} and was reminded of a Swedish florist who created wonderful wreathes of fruits and vegetables . . .
