We never thought we would so happily promote an S&M-influenced lingerie brand, but we never have seen a brand so tastefully create a collection in the style luxury designer Bordelle has.  We have featured this UK lingerie brand several times before, and this time we are showcasing the Spring 2012 collection and sharing the good news that you can once again purchase these naughty little bits at Faire Frou Frou!
The signature styling from Bordelle includes its bandage strap chemises, bras and panties, as well as bold straps and edgy cut-outs.  If you need lingerie to pair with your highest stilettos and stockings, this would be it.

It's time to unveil yet another naughty assortment of luxury goods from UK brand Bordelle.  Their Fall 2011 collection is online, and presents us with yet another strap-fest of bondage chic lingerie.  We love how this season was styled, especially the red lipstick and red heels...even the red telephone is cute!  Bordelle is a luxury brand, and is also a high-quality brand (sometimes you don't get both).  For those of you fortunate enough to own a Bordelle set or have seen it in person, you will likely agree.  It seems that this season is somewhat similar to seasons past, but that's okay, especially for those of you who don't already own one of their fabulous bondage / bandage dresses or bras!  It's a lingerie must-have!

We are hard-pressed to come up with a brand that has merged high-end luxury with S&M sensuality quite like Bordelle.  This UK label recently unveiled its Autumn/Winter 2010 collection which just so happens to be sold at Faire Frou Frou (ahem, buy it here).  The Fall season is consistent with the bondage-chic, S&M light looks of Bordelle's past, with a few elegant additions that include the Bugsy quilted silk bra, panty & bodysuit.  The new season also includes optional fur trims to step-up the luxe factor of select pieces (though we didn't bring in any of the fur bra straps you see in the pictures above, just the detachable panty pom-pom). Bordelle is perhaps best-known for its elastic bandage-strap pieces, particularly the Angela chemise.  These best-selling styles have been extended through the current season with some slight updates and additions. 
We were definitely awe-struck when we received our Bordelle shipment at Faire Frou Frou.  To see it in pictures is one thing, to see it in person is another.  The beautiful details and perfection of each item makes Bordelle well-worth adding to your lingerie ensemble! 

Thanks to a suggestion from our talented friend/photographer Marnie Goodfriend, we were introduced to the geometric clothing designs of Georgia Hardinge. Georgia is a London-based designer whose background includes an education at Parsons Paris School of Art & Design wherein she was distinguished student awarded for her talent.  From the geometric shapes that we see in her pieces its evident she was inspired by a love of architecture in creating the collection.  A blend of technique, art and function come together to create gorgeously unique items that accentuate the female form.
The cut-out/strap designs remind us a bit of Bordelle, a luxury lingerie line from the UK that arrives at Faire Frou Frou next week (it's a naughty glam line that will be featured on our blog & store next week).  As for where Hardinge's pieces are sold, it appears she is taking direct orders for now from the contact page on her website. 

Leave it to Ellen von Unwerth to feature lingerie in a playful yet risque way for VS Magazine. In her signature style, von Unwerth creates a Naughty Fairytale featuring coquettish girls having fun in very suggestive intimates. You can see the entire uncensored spread in the most recent issue of VS Magazine (we had to do a bit of light censoring as you can see).
We love that the models are wearing Bordelle, a UK lingerie brand coming to Faire Frou Frou this Fall! We're surprised there's no Fifi Chachnil in any of the shots...that's usually a von Unwerth staple.

We are so excited to share a fairly new high-fashion lingerie label with you; Bordelle. Bordelle is a London-based brand that specializes in dramatic, fashion-forward intimate apparel. There's no boring lingerie in this collection! We love that the brand has distinguished itself with its signature ribbon-band style. We learned about Bordelle last year, and can't believe it's taken this long to share it with you (but sometimes we need to keep secrets on new brands we're considering carrying...).
