Margaret Durow is a talented 22 year old female Wisconsin-based photographer.
"All of these photos were taken this summer, except the last one, which was taken in spring. My sister is in the last photo, and the buildings were breaking up the sun, making it shine on her for just the right moment. Spring felt like that - deadlines and trying to get everything done just right. Then summer came and everything slowed down but kept changing (maybe slowly, but maybe more than it ever has). It’s been a beautiful summer, filled with sun, heat, water, friends, life, and love - which is what the other photos are all about. They are all of me, and the third one is me and my best friend George. They might all be part of a series, I’m not sure yet, but if they are it surely isn’t complete and probably has something to do with water, movement, time, warmth, and trying to feel everything completely before it’s gone."
