GLAMOUR PHOTOGRAFY

. . . ordinarily, at the beginning of a new work week, it's tailored elegance in the form of pencil skirts and pantsuits, but truth be told, things have not felt ordinary for weeks now, since the holidays began, and have been exchanging ponytails for chignons and wearing sequins in the morning, even before the first cup of coffee, proving it really is the most wonderful time of year . . .

. . . and suddenly, a longstanding love affair with lace that has been {unknowingly} not fully realised until now . . .

. . . returning again and again to the pretty pleats and draping, the embellished flowers, crisp whites and tousled hair . . .

. . . the midst of one of the most perfectly relaxing weekends in forever, the carryalls have remained unpacked and staying in the city instead of the usual drive away, and so far, there have been luxuriously long and late dinners, lattes and brunches and afternoons at the shops, candlelit conversations and cozy, cozy nights and there's still all of sunday . . .
